(25) MY JOURNEY TO LOSS WEIGHT
THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO REDUCE MY WEIGHT.
REDUCTION IN CALORIES AND INCREASED EXERCISES.
IN MY CASE, LACK OF PHYSICAL MOVEMENT IS THE MOST COMMON CAUSE OF GETTING FAT. I HATE DOING EXERCISE SO (FASTING COMBINES WITH LOW CALORIES DIET) IS MY ONLY OPTION FOR REDUCING BODY WEIGHT.
YESTERDAY , I DID FASTING UNTIL 8PM THEN I HAD A LIGHT MEAL (A BOWLFUL OF CONFLAKE AND SKIMMED MILK WITH ARTIFICIAL SUGAR). I USUALLY HUNGRY AROUND 11AM OR 12AM. AMAZINGLY, I DID NOT FEEL HUNGRY UNTIL DINNER TIME. THIS IS THE BEST DIET I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I WILL MANAGE TO LOSE MY STUBBORN INCHES ON MY WAIST AND FEEL GREAT.
MONTHS AGO, WHEN I SEE MY PHOTOS ON MY PHONE, IT IS HEART BREAKING. I HATE MY BINGO WINGS. I REALLY NEED TO WORKOUT FOR THIS. BUT SO FAR I AM FOCUSTING ON LOW CALORIES AND FASTING PROGRESS.
I NEED SUCCESS SO I WILL START RIGHT NOW. WHEN I MADE DECISION LAST SATURDAY NIGHT, I WAS GOING TO DO FASTING, WHICH IS NOT FOR ONLY HEALTH AND WEIGHT LOSS I WOULD LIKE TO OBSERVE MY WILLPOWER TO SEE WHETHER I CAN DO IT OR NOT.
MOST OF THE TIME, I FIND MYSELF BINGING BECAUSE THERE IS FOOD AROUND, I HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO DO OR IF FRIENDS COME AND VISIT TO MY PLACE, I REALLY WANT TO BREAK THIS FOOLISH HABBIT.
