(57) HAY FEVER & ASTHMA

SINCE THE BEGINNING OF UK SUMMER, I WAS BATTLING WITH HAY FEVER AND ASTHMA. THIS FEVER IS COMMON ALLERGIE, THE DOCTOR TOLD ME THAT THERE ARE MORE THAN 10 MILLION OF PEOPLE SUFFERING THIS FEVER IN UK.

IN AUGUST, I FEEL A LOT BETTER. I STOP TAKING ANTI -HISTAMINE.
I MAKE SURE I HAVE SOME SHOWER SHOWER WHEN I ‘VE BEEN OUTSIDE TO WASH OFF THE POLLEN WHICH STUCKS ON MY SKIN AND HAIR. I CAN NOT EXPOSE MY HAIR. I WAS THINKING TO SHAVE IT OFF THE WEATHER WILL BEING LIKE THIS FOR THE WHOLE YEAR.

I KEPT WINDOWS SHUT MOST OF THE TIME, POLLENS ARE MY ENEMIES. CAN’T GET A CHANCE TO HEAR THE SONGS OF THE BIRDS.

NOW I MANGED TO GET A BALM (ORGANIC DRUG - FREE POLLEN BARRIER BALM, WHICH I BOUGHT FROM SUPERDRUG CHEMIST) TO RUB MY NOSE. WHICH HELP ME TO PREVENT SNEEZING AND DISCOMFORT.

BESIDES HAY FEEVER AND ASTHMA, I WAS SO ILL AND WEAK. I LOST WEIGHT. I HAVE SEEN DIFFERENT SPECIALISTS TO FIND OUT WHY I WAS SO ILL.

I HAVE BEEN WONDERING WHAT I CAN GET MY IMMUNE SYSTEM AND HEALTH. I THINK THE POOR DIET, LACK OF SLEEP AND STRESS ARE THE COMMON CAUSES OF MY ILLNESS.

NOW I MAKE SURE, I HAVE A GOOD, BALANCED DIET, WHICH INCLUDES LOTS OF FRUIT, MEAT AND PLEANTY OF CALCIUM-RICH FOOD SUCH AS CHEESE, FISH, PEAS, KIDNEY BEANS AND GREEN VEGETABLE LIKE BROCOLI. SOME PHYSICAL EXERCISES (LIGHT EXERCISES) WHICH GREATLY HELPED THE STRESS PROBLEM AND GETTING GOOD NIGHT SLEEP.
